We didn't set out to become travel obsessed. It just happened.
I'm an attorney by trade. I never expected that career to run parallel to a life spent chasing flights — solo, with my husband, and now with two kids along for the ride. Our oldest visited 17 countries before he turned 4.
Some of that life happens in Hacienda Iguana, Nicaragua, where we spend part of every year at our place on the Emerald Coast. Some of it happened in Pistoia, Italy, where we spent three months living like locals. Some of it is a week alone in a city with nothing but a camera and a plan.
This isn't about escaping your life. It's about proving you can build a bigger one.

We have been utilizing credit card points to travel for over five years now. When I first started, I did what most of you probably did - booked hotels and flights through the credit card portal.
